James K. Elwell CEO & President
Jim Elwell is co-founder and former President of QSI Corporation. He has managed QSI since its inception in September 1983. Mr. Elwell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Utah State University (1982), and has published numerous papers on control of scientific experiments during space flight, use of terminal products in industry, and USA metrication. Prior to co-founding QSI, Jim worked at Stewart Radiance Laboratory in Bedford, Massachusetts, designing control systems for rocket-borne, cryogenic infrared interferometers.

Van Norman Vice President of Business Development
Van Norman (Board member since May 2002) was the founder and CEO of AutoSimulations Inc., and is a recognized international expert in the computer simulation industry. He has lectured to technical audiences throughout the world, and is a member of the Society for Computer Simulation, the Material Handling Institute, and the Operations Research Society of America. Mr. Norman's expertise has helped AutoSimulations win numerous awards including a 1991 Chairman's Award from Boeing for outstanding suppliers, and a 1991 Supplier Recognition Award from Republic Engineered Steels, Inc., among others. He has authored articles in many publications, including Industrial Engineering, Managing Automation, and APICS. Mr. Norman previously worked at Eaton-Kenway (EK) where, as manager of the systems engineering department, he pioneered graphics simulation for material handling system design. EK used simulation to model complex control schemes, and Mr. Norman's expertise helped launch simulation technology to a previously unattainable level of detail. Mr. Norman helped develop a full-service simulation department at EK which he later implemented at AutoSimulations. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics from the University of Utah.

Catherine B. Miller Vice President
Cathy joined QSI Corporation in 2001. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Memphis (1974) and is a CPA (inactive) in the state of Tennessee. Prior to joining QSI, Cathy was Associate Controller of Procter & Gamble in Cincinnati, Ohio, where she held a variety of finance, accounting, and project management positions over her twenty-four year career.

J. Robert Mullins Director of Engineering
Bob has been with QSI Corporation since 1994, initially as a Senior Engineer, and currently as Director of Engineering. Bob received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Utah (1980). He has been in the electronics industry for twenty-five years and has worked in the Aerospace, Medical and Broadcast industries, holding positions as Design Engineer, Senior Electronics Engineer and Project Manager.

Todd S. Christensen Director of Marketing
Todd joined QSI in 1996 and has an MBA from Brigham Young University (1991) and a BA in Marketing from Utah State University (1987). Todd has eighteen years of experience in high-tech marketing, advertising, promotion, graphic design, web design and web optimization. His industry marketing experience includes software (Qqest Software), entertainment, computers, industrial products (Norton Company) and information system consulting (Ernst and Young).

Karen H. Stanley Director of Sales
Karen joined QSI Corporation in 2003 as Director of Sales. Prior to QSI, she was Director of Sales and Marketing for software provider AutoSimulations, Inc., which was acquired by Brooks Automation, a supplier of software, services and automation equipment for semiconductor manufacturing. With over twenty years experience in hardware and software sales management, Karen focuses on performance optimization for industry professionals involved in complex sales.
