Salt Lake City, Utah. 10 December 2009.
QSI Corporation, designer and manufacturer of rugged human machine interface and mobile data terminals, announces their wireless handheld QTERM®-G58 is chosen by Dakota Fluid Power, a leader in hydraulic and pneumatic systems and service. The QTERM-G58 is included in the Fire Flow Pro® and ValveSTAR® systems provided by Hurco Technologies, Inc., a manufacturer of products built for the testing, maintenance and repair of sewer and water systems.

The public's safety and property depend on the fire fighter having the proper water pressure to successfully fight a fire. With the Fire Flow Pro, the QTERM-G58's wireless Ethernet allows a field operator to collect water pressure data and GPS location from the hydrant without the assistance of another person. This information is critical in maintaining hydrant performance.

ValveSTAR uses the QTERM-G58 to track critical valve and hydrant exercising data, import work orders, capture GPS locations and create numerous reports. Operators can easily input data using the QTERM-G58's "finger-friendly" keypad and transfer the information to a laptop or office computer.

Visit www.gethurco.com for more information about Hurco Technologies, Inc.

"We chose the QTERM-G58 because of its fast processor, wireless capabilities and sunlight readable display," said Josh Lambrecht, Software Engineer at Dakota Fluid Power, Inc. "Its industrial-grade hardware and water resistant display definitely hold up to the harsh roadside conditions."

The QTERM-G58 is a wireless and battery powered handheld graphic HMI with a transflective sunlight readable LCD display measuring 89 mm (3.5") diagonal. Features include a 200 MHz processor, resistive touch screen and a 24- or 40-key keypad. The QTERM-G58 is NEMA-4 rated and will soon feature Windows® Embedded CE.

"We are excited to be working with Josh and the team at Dakota Fluid Power," commented Glen Johnson, Director of Industrial Sales at QSI Corporation. "The QTERM-G58 has proven itself to be extremely rugged but flexible enough to meet the needs of each individual customer. This is why the QTERM-G58 is a great fit for Dakota Fluid Power's innovative solutions."

Salt Lake City, Utah; Hannover, Germany. 26 February 2009.
QSI Corporation and SATLOG GmbH come together to serve the European market with corporate navigation and truck dispatch solutions. SATLOG is a Germany-based telematics consulting and service company that helps close the productivity gaps in European vehicle fleets. SATLOG will add QSI Corporation's new TREQ®-M4 mobile data terminal to their existing product offering to increase delivery efficiency for their customers.

"We can now offer a cost-effective solution for transport companies that want to add both Navigation and standard Fleet Management data like GPS, CAN, Driver Card, and trailer temperature data inside the cab," says Dr. Juergen Stausberg, CEO, SATLOG GmbH.

With the addition of the TREQ-M4 mobile data terminal, SATLOG will be able to efficiently address the challenges of lost productivity in searching for exact delivery locations, wasted fuel, high administrative costs to monitor pallets and equipment, fresh food spoilage and loss due to poor trailer temperature control, and poor driving behavior.

"The TREQ-M4 mobile data terminal is the newest in our family of rugged terminals designed specifically for use in commercial vehicle applications," says James K. Elwell, QSI Corporation's President and CEO. "We are delighted that SATLOG has chosen to partner with QSI to include the TREQ-M4 as part of their offering."

With the availability of NAVTEQ maps and routing, the new SATLOG-CN (Corporate Navigation) will enable small and mid-sized companies to accurately locate delivery addresses and delivery loads via the Internet on a per vehicle/per month pricing basis. The address is displayed on MAP24 Internet mapping components on a back-end computer, and is then sent from the computer to the TREQ-M4 in the truck. Truck drivers will automatically be guided to their destination and can change load information upon delivery. Estimated arrival times can be sent from the TREQ-M4 to a server so customers can receive SMS notifications of when the truck will arrive.

Also, by offering the TREQ-M4, SATLOG's development partner, Angels & Co GmbH, can easily port or modify a wide variety of existing software for the TREQ-M4 to enhance efficiency in vehicles. These components can be licensed with or without the basic SATLOG telematics and portal components to other QSI mobile data terminal customers as well. Different languages and country maps are also available.

"We have been looking for a rugged and easy-to-install mobile data terminal specifically for in-vehicle use for several years," adds Stausberg. "With QSI's TREQ-M4 we now have a rugged and economical terminal that fits our existing hardware and software platforms, and still offers the features, power and reliability that we have been unable to find in consumer devices like PDAs."

For more information about the TREQ-M4, visit www.qsivehicle.com.

The system will be presented at QSI Corporation's booth at CeBIT, Hall 14 Booth J26 in Hannover, Germany, 3-8 March 2009.

Salt Lake City, Utah. 18 February 2009.
The TREQ mobile data terminal is now TREQ-DX. The TREQ-DX is the original, full-featured mobile data terminal with Microsoft Windows CE operating system. Optional features include GPS, cellular and WiFi capabilities.

The name change reflects the growing line of the TREQ family with the introduction of the compact TREQ-M4 scheduled for release in April 2009. TREQ will now be the brand name of our mobile data terminals.

"Because the TREQ line is expanding, we needed to differentiate between the original TREQ, the TREQ-L and the upcoming TREQ-M4," said Zachary Dimick, Product Manager. "Changing the name of our top-of-line TREQ to TREQ-DX will make it easier to distinguish which terminal is right for our customers."
