QSI Announces QTERM®-J10 Low-cost, Rugged Operator Interface Terminal.
Salt Lake City, Utah. 25 February 1997. The QTERM-J10 Operator Interface/Data Terminal is a low cost, rugged, operator interface terminal for industrial applications. Features of this terminal include a 20-character by 4-line supertwist, LCD display, communications of up to 19,200 baud, and an 18-, 24-, or 40-key tactile keypad. The QTERM-J10 is available as a handheld or panel-mount unit with an EIA-232, EIA-422, or 5-volt Buffered interface. Custom keypad legends, logo and other options are also available.
The standard QTERM-J10 operates on a mere 28 mA from an external 5 VDC power supply, and can function from 7.5 to 24 VDC with the optional regulator.
