QSI Announces QTERM®-N15 Economical Panel-mount Microterminal / Operator Interface.
Salt Lake City, Utah. 25 May 1998. The QTERM-N15 microterminal / operator interface is a low cost, rugged, operator interface terminal for industrial applications. Features of this panel-mount terminal include a 20-character by 4-line supertwist display, lighted and vacuum flourescent LCD displays are available options. Communicate via EIA-232 or optional EIA-422 and 5-volt Buffered at up to 19,200 baud. The 12-key tactile keypad is available with a standard numeric legend or can be customized using an embossed legend or fully-customized to your specifications. An optional Manufacturer's ID code protects your development investment so only terminals you purchase will operate with your equipment.
The standard QTERM-N15 operates on a mere 28 mA from a 5 VDC supply, and can function from 7.5 to 24 VDC with an optional regulator. The front bezel and back panel of the QTERM-N15 are made of rugged ABS plastic.
