Salt Lake City, Utah. 01 February 2001. The QTERM-G70 is an Ethernet-enabled graphic terminal with Object-Based Programming. The QTERM-G70 features a robust list of industrial grade hardware features and options including a 320 × 240 lighted graphics LCD display (color or grayscale); 10Base-T Ethernet with TCP/IP support; touch screen with optional PS/2 keyboard connection; EIA-232, -422 or -485 serial interface; and 1 Mbyte Flash / 2 Mbytes RAM in a NEMA-4, CE certified housing.
The QTERM-G70 is the first in a long line of rugged terminals based on a revolutionary new object-based graphic terminal programming language called Qlarity® (pronounced Clarity). Creating a simple control panel interface or a complete standalone application has never been easier. The abilities to use predefined objects, edit existing objects or author your own objects provides flexibility to the novice and expert alike. Qlarity Foundry®, a PC-based design tool, provides a Windows® environment for screen creation, compilation and download of your application to the QTERM-G70.
