Screen Protectors
Screen protectors are used to protect the LCD screens of our devices from minor abrasions, fingerprints and small scratches that might otherwise harm the screen. They also help prevent oil and dirt from getting on the screen. We carry screen protectors for our QTERM-G70, QTERM-Z60, QTERM-G75, TREQ-M4, TREQ-DX and TREQ-L terminals. Application Instructions
Follow the instructions below to apply a screen protector to your QSI terminal. For assistance with this process, please contact our support team at 801-466-8770.
1. Prepare the screen
Start by thoroughly cleaning the touch screen with a wet wipe or paper towel that has been moistened with glass cleaner (do not spray the touch screen directly). Next, dry the screen with a paper towel and inspect the surface to ensure there are no loose particles or debris. Remove any loose debris with compressed air.2. Peel the screen protector backing
Peel one of the corners of the backing film and fold it back half way.3. Position the screen protector
Hold the protector between your thumb and forefinger. Use the folded backing to avoid touching the adhesive. Align the exposed edge of the film with the touch screen allowing the adhesive to make contact.4. Apply
With the screen protector in place, apply pressure with your thumb in an up and down motion working from one end to the other, pulling the backing away as you go. If you observe any bubbles simply pull the protector up slightly, allowing the bubble to escape, and reapply. 5. Complete the application
Check for any bubbles or debris. Enjoy your new screen protector.
