Custom Vehicle Computers
QSI also designs, engineers and manufactures custom mobile data terminals to meet customers' specific needs. Custom terminals can be derived from our standard products and may include new packaging and mounting designs, hardware features or software modifications. With in-house mechanical, electrical and software design teams, a 3D printer, a machine shop and an extensive environmental test facility, we can quickly engineer, test and deliver a working prototype of your custom terminal design.
Rugged Terminals for Rugged Environments
QSI designs mobile data terminals to withstand the environmental extremes that are common in today's vehicles. At our in-house testing lab, we test terminals for tolerance to temperature and humidity extremes, shock, vibration, electrostatic discharge, and more.
